We are working hard to allocate the funds for this beautiful home that could easily fit 10 residents. It has access to BLM, hiking and mountain biking trails. It is 10 minutes from down town Durango, 15 minutes from the college, 5 minute walk to the bus stop, 40 minutes from Purgatory Ski Mountain, it is next to the hospital, and has many job opportunities near by.
We are seeking grant support through our 501c3 non-profit, as well as personal investors to help us make our down payment and cover start up expenses.
